What outfit to wear for a dinner

Hellooo, 
I was out last weekend for a dinner with some of my school advisers and I wore a cute outfit by pairing the same floral top ($12.99) from H&M that I wore in the previous post with a leather skirt, also from H&M, and tan flats. It was perfect for the evening because I wanted to be different, sexy, but still comfortable and more importantly, I wanted to wear an appropriate outfit for the event. Here are the pictures:
